From her childhood, Christine felt a deep call to creativity. Inspired by the wonders of nature and the mysteries of the universe, her soul seemed to express itself through colors and shapes. Yet, her family environment did not always understand this artistic sensibility and did not necessarily support it. Despite this, the seed of her creativity remained hidden, waiting for the opportune moment to germinate.

His mother, Anna, was from Niedergesteln, and Christine carries within her the imprint of that place, loaded with memories and vibrations.

At the age of 51, everything changed when she set out on the Camino de Santiago. Not step by step, Christine discovered much more than just a spiritual journey. This pilgrimage became a true renaissance. There, in the heart of nature and its boundless immensity, she opened herself to a larger dimension of herself. An inner strength she had always sensed began to awaken: her spirituality.

Upon her return, she almost instinctively picked up her brushes, as one reaches out to an old friend. At first, she was fascinated by the delicate transparencies of watercolor.

But gradually, she freed herself from traditional techniques to explore freer, more spontaneous forms of expression in which she could fully express herself.

Christine never starts with a specific goal. It is the energy of the moment that guides her actions. Each work is born as a revelation, and it is only once it is complete that it fully reveals its message. These paintings are not mere aesthetic objects, but witnesses of a profound connection – fragments of eternity where the magic of the invisible takes form.

For Christine, painting is much more than an art form. It is a sacred act, a quest for harmony, an intimate dialogue with the unknown. Through her works, she invites everyone to pause, to feel and perceive what the eyes cannot see: the vibrant soul of life itself.
